About
Mitali Shukla
I’m a social media manager and content strategist based in Seattle, WA, with robust experience building brand social programs that actually get followed, not just posted.
I spent three years at Qualtrics, where I worked my way from content marketing into social strategy, running SEO programs, go-to-market campaigns, and eventually taking over the LinkedIn presence for the company’s C-suite executives, ghostwriting their thought leadership and growing their combined following by thousands in a matter of weeks. I also owned the XM Monthly LinkedIn newsletter from concept to publish, which taught me that the best social content is really just good editorial judgment applied at platform speed.
Since early 2025, I have been the Social Media Manager at Truveta, a health data company with the mission of Saving Lives with Data. I run the full organic social program across LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, and recently Instagram. I launched our LinkedIn newsletter, Saving Lives with Data, which hit 11,000 subscribers in its first 24 hours and has grown to 22,000 within its first year. I also built our video content strategy from scratch, generating nearly 40,000 views across 40 videos on under $10,000 in paid spend.
Before all of this, I studied Strategic and Corporate Communication and Sociology at Chapman University, graduating cum laude. I started my career at Siege Media, a content agency in San Diego, where I learned how to write fast, write well, and never miss a deadline.
Outside of work, you can find me overanalyzing LinkedIn posts, convincing people that B2B social can actually be fun, and finding the best matcha in Seattle.
